Cost of each ticket is $100.00.

Proceeds of the "30 IN 30" Raffle benefit The Acosta Foundation and their mission.

Prizes are new, factory made, standard type firearms. No custom calibers or designs will be awarded.

Drawing starts December 1, 2023 at 5:00PM and continue for 30 days thereafter.

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to purchase a ticket.

By obtaining a raffle ticket you attest that you are a law-abiding citizen of good moral character, may legally possess the firearm won, and intend to use the firearm only in a safe and legal manner.

There is no substitution or upgrade of any gun that is awarded in this raffle.

At no time will The Acosta Foundation take possession of any of the firearms involved in this raffle. Winners will receive firearms directly from Industrial Service & Supply, and all applicable laws will apply.

Winners will be notified using the name, and phone number that the purchaser has written or requested to be on the ticket stub. In the event that The Acosta Foundation is unable to contact the winner, it is the sole responsibility of the winning ticket holder to contact The Acosta Foundation to claim their prize. Prizes are not transferable; the person designated on the ticket must claim the prize. ALL PRIZES MUST BE CLAIMED AND TRANSFER COMPLETED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DATE THE TICKET IS DRAWN.

The Acosta Foundation makes no warranty of firearms. Winners will deal directly with the manufacturer if a problem arises.

All tickets are non-refundable, including any ticket held by a winning ticket holder that fails the required background check.

Winning tickets will go back into the pool for all future drawings. The same ticket number can win more than once!

All out of state firearms transfers will be done through the firearms dealer and all Federal, State, and Local laws apply, including the state laws for the legal residency of the winning ticket holders.

There is no limit to the number of tickets one can purchase.
